Intensifying Interventions for Struggling Students through Data Based Individualization in Academics

Tuesday, November 20th, 2012

1:00 – 2:00 PM (EST)

This free webinar will be conducted by the Center’s Technical Assistance and Dissemination Coordinator, Dr. Rebecca Zumeta.  The webinar will provide an overview of the Center’s approach to providing intensive interventions: the Data-Based Individualization process, or DBI.  Dr. Zumeta will describe the essential components of the DBI process while highlighting a relevant student example in academics.  This webinar will provide a good foundational understanding of the DBI process for those interested in learning how interventions can be intensified for persistently struggling students, including district staff, administrators, special educators, interventionists/specialists, and parents. Next month, we will host a webinar with an example of the DBI process as it relates to behavioral interventions.

If you are not able to join the live webinar, it will be archived here after the event.
